Merton Sports and Social Club for the Blind (MSSC)

MSSC has a number of tandems and organises events so visually impaired riders can get out and enjoy cycling.  We are looking for more cyclists to front ride (pilot) our tandems.  Have a go sessions and front rider training are available.  Why not come along and give it a go?   If you know of anyone who is visually impaired and would like to get out on a tandem as a back rider please pass on our details.

MSSC has just unveiled its walking programme for 2018.  It consists of a broad range of excursions including urban and rural walks, short and longer distances on simple and more challenging terrain.

We are hoping to revive a Bowls section and will be looking for VI bowlers to join its team.

Weekly drop-in social each Tuesday at the Guardian Centre between 8.00 and 10.30 p.m.  Monthly special socials with a theme such as quiz night, race night etc.  The bar is always open.

All activities are open to members who pay an annual subscription of £15, why not come along and try some activities before you join.

To find out more, or register your interest, please e-mail cycling@mssc.org.uk or call Richard on 075009 13223.
