National Eye Health Week

This is National Eye Health Week, time to educate people about the importance of eye health and help prevent avoidable sight loss.

Did you know one in five people will live with sight loss in their lifetime?  Having an eye test can be the first step to saving your sight.

From Monday 18th to Sunday 24th September, charities, organisation and health professionals working in the sight loss sector will join together to raise awareness of eye health and the importance of having regular eye test.  For more information please contact Sutton Vision on 020 8409 7166 or                       e-mail or visit the RNIB's website

V I Women's Group Programme

After the successful launch of the VI Women's Group a programme of activities has been put together covering the next five months.

Wednesday 16th August - Picnic in the Park, Monday 18th September - Get smart with your phones and tablets, Monday 16th October - Shapeup and work out and Wednesday 15th November - Christmas gifts market and festive fun.
