Prudential Ride London

We wish Richard and Terry James a safe and enjoyable cycle on Sunday 30th July as they participate in the challenging 100 mile Prudential Ride London cycle ride.  They will be riding tandem as they leave London and travel through Surrey and finish in The Mall.  Terry and Richard have nominated Sutton Vision as their charity to receive donations in support of their cycle.  If you would like to sponsor them you can donate using the Charity Choice link on the home page of our website or send a cheque made payable to "Sutton Vision" to Sutton Vision, 1st Floor, 3 Robin Hood Lane, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 2SW.

V I Festival Sports Day - Saturday 29th July 2017

Better (Sutton Sports Village) in collaboration with Sutton Vision, Crystal Palace FC, Thomas Pocklington Trust and Metrosport are pleased to offer a fun filled activity day for people of all ages with sight loss.  The event will take place on the 29th July from 11.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. at Sutton Sports Village, Rosehill Park, Rosehill, Sutton, SM1 3HH and will be free of charge, including lunch.

The day will offer you the chance to take part amd develop skills by getting involved in VI football, audio described dance class, VI tennis and a gym circuit session.  This sports festival is a fantastic opportunity to try out a variety of adapted sports and leisure activities for people with sight loss while making new friends and having great fun.

V I Women's Group Picnic - Wednesday 16th August

After a successful lauch of the South London VI women's group in June a programme of activities and events has been put together.  The programme was designed based on the thoughts and ideas shared at the group launch.  The first get together will take place on Wednesday16th August where a lunch has been organised in Lloyd Park Croydon.  The group will meet at West Croydon Tram Stop at 10.20.  For further information please contact Alex Pepper on 07970 725 620 or e-mail alex.pepper@pocklington-trust.org.uk
