    Zero Project Conference 2021

As a leader in digital accessibility, Leonard Cheshire will examine the potential of technology for inclusive employment models.

Leonard Cheshire’s session at the Zero Project Conference 2021 will explore the potential of technology and innovation to shape an inclusive world of work. We will share findings from research on the digital and technology landscape for inclusive employment solutions, providing examples from Leonard Cheshire projects, such as our digital employment platforms within the Innovation to Inclusion (i2i) programme, e-learning, virtual job fairs and the i2Talent mobile app.

The session will include a panel discussion looking at the future of work and inclusive solutions to close the disability employment gap, including challenges and opportunities to maximise ICT solutions for people with disabilities. We will also address the current context of COVID-19 and discuss how technology and innovation can support an economic recovery which ensures no one is left behind.
